The Student Activity Report
This chart, available through the Learning Management System, reveals how each student spends his/her time, down to the minute. This helps teachers quickly spot problem areas or identify which students need more help.
This Pacing Guide
As part of every course, the pacing guide shows students exactly where they are in any given course, and what is expected of them during the coming week.
Teacher Guides
Every Kaplan Virtual Education course includes a brief teacher orientation module that explains (1) structure of the course, (2) goals, and (3) content.
Instructional Resources
One secure link leads to a zip file packed with documents teachers need, including grading rubrics and answer keys for teacher-scored assessments.
Teacher Lounge
Accessible from a link in the LMS, teachers enter a comprehensive center of resources and strategies for the teaching of each specific course, as well as the subject/topic in general. There are links to lesson ideas, instructional videos, and a library of ready-to-use supplemental lessons teachers can use during live sessions with those students who need extra help.
